Oh my God! This cake looks absolutely divine. The sponges have a beautiful golden colour and the praline looks out of this world! Can’t wait to try the recipe!

PS Is the cake best stored in the fridge because of the cream cheese frosting or is it ok to store at room temperature? Thanks!

The general advice is the cream cheese should only be at room temp for a max of 2-4 hours. However everything else is significantly better at room temperature so I would generally assemble it close to serving
