Excited for this! Between the 2 choices, I’d opt for the red velvet one.
But highly recommend not using either. The cover photo should visually represent the “easy” as intended and as included on the cover text. Sandwich cookies feel fussy / bit more work than a regular cookie thus negating the implied simplicity of the book as “small batch”. Eg 6 sandwich cookies means preparing 12 cookies plus frosting - I’d probably skip over it if browsing at a book shop. Sharing in the spirt of helpfulness 💛
I like the Oreo one best but they're both beautiful. And can I say, I appreciate how your small batch books have all been the same size - looks so nice on my shelf ❤️
Red velvet sandwich cookies. The red colour complements the title background and draws the eye. Oreos look fun but is a less eye catching colour combination.
How exciting! I think the oreo cover looks best. The colors of them are a cleaner look overall. I personally think the red velvet color clashes with the green since it has a cool undertone.
I prefer the Oreos - something about the colour combination with the red velvet cookies just feels really wrong. The black white and teal looks very modern and crisp.
Oreos are such an iconic cookie that I find the Oreo cover more eye-catching and memorable. I also think the color matches with the heading better — the red clashes with the teal a bit.
It's so hard to choose, but I vote for the oreos. There's a symmetry to the oreos and the bold black lettering that's missing in the other one, although both are beautiful!

Oreos for sure! The chocolate is so rich looking and the red velvet looks, to me, like there is a color problem with photography.
