This sounds like a fabulous alternative to the traditional pancakes with maple syrup. Perfect for breakfast. I imagine any leftover syrup would be terrific on eggy bread too!
I make American style pancakes most weeks, this infused syrup sounds great. My son had waffles at caravan in London with ‘espresso maple syrup’ and it was heaven.
