One of my favourite is your chocolate sheet cake with the salty caramel frosting (from one tin bakes) but made into a layer cake. I've gotten so many compliments on it!
Me again 😅 The flavours are absolutely delicious, a real triumph!
I’ve got a question about the sponges- I’ve made it twice & they come out very dense and thin. The second time I beat the egg whites separately and folded them in but got the same result. I used fresh baking powder. Is there anything I could be doing wrong? Thank you 😊
Going to show this post to my son as not too subtle Mother's Day hint.
I love the way this pretty little thing is decorated. Simple, fun, elegant.

Beautiful! Really looking forward to making this. I’m a huge fan of spring produce so my go to is rhubarb & elderflower
Best layer cake, pistachio and lemon!
The flavours sound delicious and I love the simple yet beautiful decoration! xx
Your lovely layer cake looks delicious. The problem is that I do not have measuring cups in grams.
In the US we use cups, quarts, teaspoons, etc.
Do you have a copy of the recipe for those in the US?
Thank you so much !

Can’t beat a nice moist carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream
That cake is exquisite! The Wilfa Smooth Mix would get lots of enthusiastic use in my household.
P.S. Airbnb can sometimes be an adventure!
Looks amazing, my favourite flavour would be raspberry rosewater with some pistachios on top for texture 🥰
My two boys have been passed one of your books to bake up a mother's day cake. Can't wait!
A little Black Forest cake would be great too
Such a cute cake!
Yum that looks amazing! I was going to say that any cake needs to be a chocolate cake, but this recipe may have made me change my mind
Oh wow that is gorgeous!
