It’s great to get a heads-up about new cookbooks coming out & some insight into the creators as well. Unfortunately, buying a new cookbook can be a bit of an investment when budgets are tight so a reliable & encouraging review does help to make well-considered purchase decisions - thanks!

Love hearing about shortcuts for flavour etc. I have a jar of your browned butter powder on my shelf now for example and love the idea of dehydrated sourdough starter that you mention. The time I get to indulge in decent kitchen time is so varied it helps to have great ingredients on hand when I have time ♥️
