So glad you enjoyed your visit! I am from Paris and Mamiche, Maison Aleph and Tapisserie are some of my favorites! I haven’t tried the others but will fix that soon.

You are so lucky! I could almost taste that ham baguette, love those cafe’s!

If I lived in UK, I reckon that train ride would be a regular thing - have done it a couple of times, but it’s a long flight to get there.

Here in Western Australia, if we drove the distance from London to Paris, (or even twice that distance), we would not have left our own state.

So - I keep on baking, trying to recreate the taste of the Parisian baguette in my own kitchen to amuse myself. If only we could get butter that tasted so good!
